Hello Naiara, we are sorry for the problem. We have reviewed the N‑up function and it seems that the error may depend on the PDF file or the device.
Could you tell us if you use Android or iPhone, the version of the application and the model of the device? If possible, also send us the PDF that causes the error —through a private channel if it contains confidential information—so that we can reproduce and correct it.
In the meantime, make sure you have the latest version of DeftPDF installed. Thank you for informing us.
