Page size and margins/padding together

I'd like to change page size and add margins/padding together.

I didn't find how to change units for page size or margins to mm or cm.

Can you remove the page header and footer string in each page of the pdf output? Thanks

what the f is this new layout, i used to come here because the cropping selection was fullscreen, minute crop changes could be made, who the F fu"ed up this layout. i want the cropping selection fullscreen, i want to see my pdf fullscreen while i'm cropping. Don't the Dev's have even a little bit of sense, how the F is the user going to crop a page if he sees his pdf in a small square in a corner of the computer screen. HORRIBLE development and desingning. fire your design manager.
