Trying to cancel subscription. The button is just treated as text, no link associated with it. Clicking it does nothing.

paid for the translation of 8 pages, only 2 were translated in the file

The tool is creating a PDF that doesn't look right although the preview looks ok (it seems like the end result is not using the right orientation?)

The last page of the pdf always fails to add the margin.

I don't see the download button on the screen for the combine and reorder function.

I have been using your software to split pdf by text content and it worked like a charm previously. But recently I am experiencing some problems trying to do the same as it somehow spilts the PDF in different pages without following the text content properly. Attached are the screenshots of what I and trying to do to split PDF by text content. (There is no option to upload my PDF file to you). Your assistance is much appreciated. Regards, Marcus

my page was missing after the split

I can't open any Word file DOCX after translation. Word reports an error: "We're sorry. We can't open XXX.docx because we found a problem with its contents." All files are OK before translation. I'll send you source file, if you want. Thanks in advance for your support. Adrian
